The service was okay, i waited some 10 minutes since I sat in. I took a Fishwick (Halibut batterer burger). My humble recommendation: Please discard onion and pickles. It doesn’t make any sense to combine with a good quality fish fillet Replace it with a fresh cucumber and a caramelized onion with a drop of Sriracha.!
This place was definitely worth the stop. Loved how our waitrress Christa was super up front and honest with our table. Her recommendations hit the spot. The fried cheese curds were amazing! The Works Philly had a tremendous amount of flavor. The pretzel with beer cheese was also good. Great way to end our Alaskan Trip.
Any opportunity I get to come out here for breakfast I down. This place personally has good reasonable priced food. I like my chicken fried steak, hasshbrown, black coffee, over easy eggs and lasty my rye toast and, for the side order a butter milk pancake...that's good eating. Oasis, is out here in Fairbanks, AK, right next to a bank. The place decent and friendly atmosphere, the service is pretty fast, the waitress was om point plus the bartender jumps to help. I really that the bartender sees the only one waitress taking order. I must say she is bad ass as well how all the staff work as a team. I personally recommended it. If yall's ever down here at Fairbanks, Alaska, come visit Oasis.
Couldn’t have asked for more from this place. They.greeted me, handed me a beer and I ate some fried food and left happy and full. Will be back again. Those servings were on point!
Very nice watering hole. Both bartenders Alex and Matt were very attentive. I had the halibut salad and it was really good. If I lived here this would be my go to spot!
Great service, great food, good beer selection. Finally found a new go to! Best fish n chips in town so far. None of that greasy smooth liquid fry beer batter. White and fresh tasting without the previously frozen flake texture
Perfection is how I would describe oasis. I went there for breakfast this morning and I had the corned beef hash with eggs and toast. The corned beef hash is homemade. It is made from beef brisket. Let me tell you it is delicious. You will not get canned corned beef hash here at the oasis. Now let me take a moment to give a well-deserved compliment to my server, Oshi. I have dined at five star restaurants where the service was not as good as it was at The Oasis this morning. She is a 5 star server who genuinely cares about her customers. I sincerely hope the owners see what a gem the have in Oshi. Thanks for an outstanding breakfast!

Been a regular here for quite some time. It is an excellent place to enjoy a drink, have a chat with some locals, and eat some good food. And the food is fantastic, in my opinion. The recent bartender Michael is very charismatic and quite attractive. To be honest, every bartender here fits that criteria, and most of them are women. I fully recommend stopping by the Oasis if you want a good meal with some Fairbanks locals. 10/10.
The food was amazing, we were there in New Year’s Eve and there was music playing and people laughing, loved the vibe and the service! Highly recommend 🥰💙
